They stayed in contact with me, and explained the situation and were kind and understanding. They went above and beyond in their customer service and I am truly grateful. They truly care. Took my car in, was getting warm air on driver side and cold on passenger, for what could have been a A/C diverter problem, fortunately it turned out to be clogged, filter, low freon and bad Fetzer valve. In and out in 3 hours. Cold air on both sides. The staff was very professional.
New customer. Had car towed there and they fixed it in good time for a fair price. I will go back. Recommend.
