They do great work
Communication is very poor. Took 3 calls to get an apt for an estimate. They showed up unannounced 10 days after the date set to do the work. Did 75% of the work we asked for. Haven't answered a phone call since the intial estimate appointment.
Very unprofessional behind the scenes.
UPDATE: They say they will no longer contact me. Received a response within 24 hours. After disappointing service and incorrect billing throughout 2020, I cancelled my service. I also returned multiple pieces of paperwork and sent an email asking not to be contacted. I continue to get letters about 2021 service, and just received another phone call asking about my renewal for 2021 and to set up service.
