Dr. Harlin is truly an exceptional doctor. His bedside manner is warm, attentive, and compassionate—making you feel comfortable. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and genuinely cares about your well-being. The staff is equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly!
I'm quite disappointed with the office staff. They've been rude, impatient, and lacking in initiative. For instance, they refused to call the insurance company with a simple diagnosis code to clarify coverage. Instead, they repeatedly insisted, 'We don't do that,' even though I had just spoken to the insurance company and that was their sole request. Dr. Harlin and hospital authorized unnecessary procedures that was done by his partner Dr. Callahan Jan 17, 2023. The whole exercise was to make a buck in concert with hospital profits making agendas that cause me amputation and disability for life after multiple additional surgery.
