Unprofessional and rude front office staffs, doctor Harlin is careless and ignore patient, keep saying " I fix it, i fix it" but do nothing excepting see the patient for 2 minute and left, the wound from his first surgery was severe infected and he did nothing with all of my following up until my pcp was worried and directly call him then he treated that wound in the hospital. Very disappointed for this kind of heartless doctor, please stay away from his practice.

Dr. Harlin is truly an exceptional doctor. His bedside manner is warm, attentive, and compassionate—making you feel comfortable. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and genuinely cares about your well-being. The staff is equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly!

I'm quite disappointed with the office staff. They've been rude, impatient, and lacking in initiative. For instance, they refused to call the insurance company with a simple diagnosis code to clarify coverage. Instead, they repeatedly insisted, 'We don't do that,' even though I had just spoken to the insurance company and that was their sole request. I have had several procedures done and am very happy with the results! He is confident, gifted, and there is no bs!
