Rolled into Stu Peppard Arena last Saturday afternoon after driving through from Vancouver, and honestly the ice surface was in remarkably clean condition for a community rink at that time of day. The staff at the front desk were genuinely friendly and pointed me toward the warm viewing area without me even having to ask. Came out here with a few buddies a couple weeks ago for an afternoon skate and honestly had a blast. The ice was in really solid condition, smooth and freshly flooded, which made a huge difference compared to some of the older rinks around the city. Staff at the skate rental desk were super friendly and helped us get sorted out quickly without any hassle. Definitely planning to make this a regular weekend thing before the season wraps up.

with the construction going on in the back parking lot it makes it hard to find a parking spot with all the sporting activities that go on around this facility
