Had a emergency situation in my shop I called STT and they came straight away just after opening...Found the problem quick and acted on it. So grateful for their quick response and their good customer service as well , its so good to have after having many other trade business that just don't turn up or contact you back and having to chase and chase. I recently contacted STT electrical for a quote to supply and install 4 ceiling fans in my house in Rockhampton. Eventually (2 weeks later) got back to me and quoted me $2900 . It seemed a little expensive to me but I needed it done and i was a little time poor so I agreed. On the agreed day of installation the tradesmen arrived over an hour late.
