Management has no idea how to organize its activities. There is little to no concern for the product they produce. I recommend finding a different organization that is invested in the quality of the organized sports they offer to youth.
STS is a sports rec league which offers Soccer and Flag Football leagues along with basketball camps and summer camps. My sons have participated in their flag football leagues. They have an instructional league for kids under 6. The instructional league is ok, it’s run by parent coaches normally 1-3. Basically it’s one hour and they run football drills the first half and run scrimmages the second half. Depending on the parent coaches it’s hit or miss.
