5 Stars – Excellent Service! I had a 4-wheel alignment done today on my Mercedes E-Class W212 at STS in Bedford, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The steering feels perfect now — no more pulling to the side and the car drives straight and smooth. Great service, quick turnaround, and fair pricing. Highly recommend STS Bedford if you care about quality and precision.
STS managed to fit me in last minute before I went on a long journey. Seb was great at finding the issue (another company hadn’t set up the car’s alignment properly). He then took me on a drive to demonstrate the changes he made, plus explain how the road surfaces can make a difference to the steering ‘pull’. This was all done right at the end of his working day and yet he was kind enough to spend this time with me. Fantastic customer service, no wonder they’ve been in business so long. Thank you.
