Have been having a terrible experience trying to reschedule a canceled trip. Absolutely no understanding for the devastation in Jamaica and telling us despite the hotel posting online that communication is bad and the island is struggling, they refuse to provide a refund because the hotel is technically still open. Izabela has been wry challenging to work with and we have yet to find a resolution. Do not recommend this agency at all.
Izabela was our travel agent and I would DEFINITELY recommend her as your travel agent! We went to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for 4 nights 5 days and it was an amazing experience. The trip for two people was under $1,700 for two of us to go. So very affordable!! Will definitely use STS Vacations again for future trips! :)
