I stopped in to ask a question about my tire that I had to fill several times this week, and it was fixed on the spot while I waited. Great service, fair price, very happy.
Brought my car there for a battery issue. After 4 days of this and that, they called me and told me they could not fix the problem and I needed to take it to Nissan. I have been driving cars for 37 years. First time a mechanic just quit. Yeah, they are refunding me my money, but 4-5 days later, my car still does not work. Been taking 3 cars there for 10 years. NO MORE. Cannot bring my cars to a mechanic that is no longer reliable.
While the staff is extremely friendly, I brought my car there this past Tuesday because my brake lights were out and I was ticketed. I was there 2 hrs and ended up taking a half day of work. They told me it wasnt my brake light bulbs and tried to replace the brake switch which was not correct either. In the end they told me there was nothing they can do because it was an electrical problem and they dont handle that there.
