You know, I have had nothing but bad luck these past few months with my tires. I’ve been in and out of more shops than I’d like to admit. And let me say, the Mavis Discount Tire in Malvern was the best, most accommodating, kind, and efficient place I’ve been, NO COMPARISON. Kevin, the gentleman that took care of us, had us back on the road lightning fast, and did so with so much kindness and professionalism that I’m almost at a loss for words. Whatever they’re paying Kevin isn’t enough. THANK YOU!!!
Amazing experience here! I got a flat tire and needed it patched very close to closing, when I called, Kevin told me I could bring it in before they closed and he personally remembered me calling & patched it in record time. Very kind & helpful staff at this location, hopefully Kevin helps you too!
The guy Stephen really helped a lot
I stopped at Mavis in Frazer the other day because I had a nail in my tire. The employees there couldn’t have been more helpful or honest. After they removed the nail and they checked the pressure in all 4 tires, the informed me the nail did not penetrate the tire all the way. They could have charged me to fix it or even said I needed a new tire. But they said ma’am your good have a nice day! And they wouldn’t even let me tip them!! I found my new mechanics!!!
