I want to start off by saying I am not the easiest customer to work with. Took my X4M in for a parasitic draw that no other shop could figure out. Jeff ended up working on the vehicle, I swear this guy is a wizard with electrical work. Jeff had put countless hours into this car and was very supportive when dealing with another shop where the issues initially stemmed from. Super grateful for the STS team and help in this matter. They truly stand behind their work.

Update: The shop's owner called me today after leaving the review. Both him and I spoke for a while about the PPI inspection. He did offer to re-diagnose my vehicle and even offered discounted work for the affected parts that would need replacing. It is apparent that he cares about his business and the quality of work they provide. I did turn his offer down, as I don't feel comfortable accepting discounted work (especially for a steering rack that is not a fun job even if you have the tools and expertise).
