Used this company for a long distance move from Irvine, CA to Kirkland, WA and to make a long story short the movers did not wrap my furniture properly so of course it got damaged. Several items like my desk, dresser, and bookshelves were scratched so I sent pictures to Don & Elizabeth his office manger to let them know 9/15/18. I worked with Don directly and he said he would pay me $600 for the damages to get my furniture repaired and they paid me half but still owe me $300 and it's been over 7 months. STS did our family move from Los Angeles to Colorado Springs a few weeks ago. I am incredibly grateful for Elizabeth and her team. We used STS Movers for our move cross country, from Coto De Caza, CA to Palm Beach, FL and we used STS movers to handle the entire move - our whole house, plus our car. On the plus side, they are cheap. On the negative side, there is no accountability or customer service if you have any issues. I'm not even to go into detail about the local mover STS hired here in Florida to help them offload the furniture and car at our house, he was making everyone feel incredibly uncomfortable around him, to the point where my wife could ... read more

STS Movers moved us from Los Angeles to Washington including over a hundred very fragile glass and porcelain collectibles and a harp that required a special crate. When Don came to our home to give us an estimate, he was the fifth moving company we had interviewed. Needless to say, the first four didn't inspire much confidence.
