Getting spam emails from this company almost daily. this company looks so desperate. block the emails and they just use a different one. looks like if you respond with a no thank you. they start spamming. disgusting.
I am no newbie to the print world or tech support, and I can tell you these technicians are the most knowledgeable, answer calls by the second ring, friendly and are all-around the best.
This is the best company I know hands down. Friendly staff, great customer service and tech support. Shahar and Kyle are always there for us. I can’t thank them enough.
This establishment is the worst I have ever had any dealings with. They treat there employees as they were slaves. They should be closed down for things that they do and for the way they treat people. STS should stand for Stop this stupidness. Start acting like human beings
The tech that flew out was great- Daniel. 10/10. The ink cost on the other hand, I really wish they would offer an actual discount for bulk orders.
