Pathetic public service with complaints, on the website I bought a DTF sheet, 1 year ago I bought “cold peel”, but it seems that these months they decided to change to the cold peel dtf sheet for a mix of cold and heat and I tell you that they sent me the wrong package that this mix sheet does not work for me I want you to send me the one I have been buying for a year and they start giving me excuses it tells me that they don’t have that they never used cold peel that they don’t know what I’m talking about. I purchased a DTF printer from STS Inks and I must say that the customer service has been excellent. Whenever, I've reached out for assistance their response has been quick and their solutions have worked. Today, I had an issue with white ink printing and Marcus Rodriguez helped me solve the problem quickly.
