I called STS as a second choice after a different company on missed 2 follow ups with me. From the beginning Anthony at STS was professional and outlined the steps needed to install the charger. He asked good questions and had me fill out a templated email and attach photos. He responded quickly with a quote. I remember he was even doing this after hours on the same day which I appreciated.
