STS is a very nice gym, place is very clean and they have all the equipment you could possibly need! Would recommend to anyone in the area!
After a fractured femur, two knee surgeries, and three rounds of physical therapy, and still having my knee give out on me, working with Dave has made such a difference in rebuilding my strength and confidence. He knows when to push me while understanding my limitations. I’m truly grateful for his support. STS Gym is convenient, welcoming, and a place I genuinely enjoy going, all while the staff is friendly and supportive.

I love the equipment at this gym, they also have great food to recover after a work out.
Love the classes. Exactly the push you need. I've been taking classes about 4 years now. And I've never felt stronger. Never thought I'd see myself do a 530am class either but when you love the push you will get up early to get it in.
