In regards to the previous review, Ms. Sherman was well aware of our closing time on Saturday, which is 1:00pm. One hour longer then most places. We recieved her call at 12:40pm when she stated she was in cowlesville, at least 20 minutes away from us. She seemed irritated from the beginning. When asked who we're speaking to she refused to answer, so we moved on to try and get the condition of the tire in question. I have always gotten fast professional service here. Sounds like someone thinks store hours don't apply to them! They aren't open 24/7 !

I called this shop to inquire if they were able to put a tube into a tire for me for a piece of hay equipment on the day I needed it. I called a half an hour before their closing time to ask if it was possible. Instead of just saying no or no thank you, the owner got on the phone and rudely questioned me about why I was making it his problem. I had simply asked if it was something they could do.
