Follow up to my last review 9 months later. Absolute terrible quality trailers. 21k rated trailer that's never had more than 9k on it, numerous cracked welds. Half the welds on the rub rails didn't even penetrate, there's gaps between the welds and the rub rail. Welds on the bar to hold the ramps up didn't last 200 miles and broke. Wiring was an absolute nightmare. Have had to rewire pretty much the whole trailer, the brakes have hardly worked since it was bought, brake wires melted due to the poor wiring. I reached out to Stryker to inquire about a trailer after hours. I immediately got a response back from Elizabeth who sent me the details on the trailer I was interested in. She was very prompt in answering my questions and made the whole purchase process painless. I could not be happier with the whole experience. Love the trailer!
Was asking pricing about a roll-off trailer and cost of bins and was given a price for 3 bins. It was out of my budget and I informed Will of my budget and instead of offering a solution of financing above my budget or starting with a single bin I got a comment of "haha", not very professional! Will then proceeded to insinuate that he didn't need my business and did millions in sales. Good luck in your sales journey. I wouldn't buy from anyone unwilling to provide solutions but instead laughs at their budget!
Mr.Tim was very professional and knowledgeable about the trailer I was purchasing. He even stayed late to help me with my Purchase 10/10 service .
