Being at this site is stressful and you will not progress far within your career. Careful, their response to any downturns is to lay folks off. Not a good place to be if you are interested in long term growth or being more than just a number. They can't seem to keep good people. Almost 100% turn over with the few exceptions being entrenched leaders who couldn't fine a job elsewhere.
Best Place I've ever worked. I was asked to move out from California but chose not to.
