Stryker sent out 3 new employee of 3 weeks to review complaints on hospital stretchers in a 25 hospital system. The responses to our questions were without accuracy. We responded with you need to follow up with some tenured people from your company. There has been no follow up. Our operations continue to use the stretchers that are engineered by people that clearly have no idea what is happening in the healthcare system or inside a building.
