Horrible gym
Great owners!
Stryke Fitness has been the only gym or exercise community to have that special quality that has kept me consistent. I have been a member at Stryke for 3 years and the community is unmatched. Chris and Erin are knowledgeable about diet, stretches, and many exercises. If you aren’t sure where to start with your health journey, come give Stryke a try, the first class is always free!
I started with Stryke almost 10 years ago and I'm most proud of it today Personally, I've lost 40 lbs and kept it off through 2 pregnancies. I'm more grateful for all it has done for my mental health I've seen transformation after transformation year after year. I've seen people find things within themselves they didn't know existed. Its more than a workout, it's a Trybe of uplifting and empowering people
I’ve been a member for years and it’s the only workout I want to do! It’s a great stress reliever and the community is so welcoming and supportive. I’m so happy to be apart of the Trybe! If you’re tired of the same old workout, try out Stryke, you won’t regret it!
