Very disorganized and disrespectful to drivers. Steer clear drivers.
Extremely disappointing experience with Stryder Motorfreight USA. I had one of the most frustrating shipping experiences with this company. Communication was poor from the start no clear updates, and I had to keep calling to get basic information. The loading process was very unorganized, and no one seemed to take accountability when things went wrong. It felt like my time and equipment didn’t matter to them at all. Great people to work with, good communication, very professional and easy to work with. Never had a problem with loading.
They damaged my trailer during pick up and when I find out on delivery they refused take responsibility.
Slow as hell … Just be taking their time.
