Russ Brown at Stryder was terrible to us. Booked a truck, shipper was not able to load me even though we arrived on time and instead told us to return the next day. We return the next day and also asked for a layover so he cancelled the load and refused to pay either a TONU or a layover on the load even though on call he admitted that it constitutes one but said he won't pay regardless. 2 Stars because he was patient and respectful throughout our conversation and was willing to listen albeit not change his mind.
