Hi Keith here, saga of struts from Stutwest continues, last week told by owner Greg that replacement struts in post, rang him today to ask where are they, he said send him old ones.. why would I, if he has sent new ones. Not happy with the way struts west conducts business
Bought two struts for cupboard, both leaked oil and failed within 4 weeks. Phoned/ emailed Greg (owner), showed no interest in solving issue said he had mailed out replacements. They never arrived. So much for supporting local businesses. Strutswest lacked any customer service or any desire to improve customer service. Will be going to Bunnings tomorrow, l know they will replace the product if it fails Keith A
