Great service! Kim and Krissy are very friendly and welcoming at the front counter. Work was performed in a timely manner, I was in and out in under an hour.
Where do i begin? I came out from The Roxboro Animal Hospital and my truck wouldn't start so i Googled Auto shops and this one showed up first so i called and Kim "immediately " said I can send my guy (in the pouring rain) to check your battery!! He was to my truck within 5 minutes. He tried several times and then called Kim and said that didn't work so she sent another guy to help by crawling under the truck (in the pouring rain and puddles🥲) to hit the starter and see if we could get it started , No luck. Hello Roxboro NC, I pulled into this great establishment. My trunk would not open or close. Kim Carr came out and assisted with no hesitation. She called Jeremiah to the car, and I swear 5 minutes flat, trunk open and all is well. Jeremiah has the magic touch and Kim is the bomb.com with excellent customer service. First time at this very clean, very professional mechanic shop. First, going from the excellent reviews, I made an easy online scheduling of services for the very next day. They did a bumper to bumper inspection and oil change. They sent a precise, detailed list from the inspection right to my phone, which was easy to read and understand. I accepted the courtesy ride to and from the garage. I had a great experience here . I came in needing a an oil change and they did just that and more . I was in and out . The two ladies in the front were so helpful and had great customer service . Definitely come here!!!!
