I would not recommend booking with Crystal at this salon. While her work is decent, there have been consistent issues with scheduling and timing. For instance, my last appointment middle of 2024 was scheduled for 4 PM, but she did not start until after 6 PM. That was AFTER she pushed the time 45 mins back, texting me 10 mins before appt was going to start. Last week 1/25/25, I had an appointment for Saturday and messaged her to confirm the appt the day before, but she messaged me back stating she "forgot" to put my niece on ... read more
Seemed very nice have an appointment scheduled for Monday to get some locs done very high hopes will update with pictures once done 😃
