Kaila has been taking care of me and my hair for the past several years and she never misses. She flawlessly maintains my fake redhead status and didn't even miss a beat when I brought in a color inspo pic of a cartoon character. The salon and all of the stylists are so welcoming and kind. They have built such a caring and safe environment. Love them all ♥️
UPDATE 2025: Just updating to keep my post relevant and let everyone know that there is better salons and HairStylist in the city of Hamilton than this place. Dont spend your money here, because they couldnt care less about you. You can be the longest, most loyal, and best paying customer and they will still treat you like trash at the end of the day. I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve had such a lovely experience! Everyone is super friendly, accommodating, and I always leave feeling pampered. I’ll definitely be back again! :-)
