Got No help at all, and was told he dose not supply struts for my product. l even supplied part numbers to help him but must be too hard... Take your add down if you only sell the same struts as bunnings, great business ethics.
Terrible service and got spoke to like a dog on the phone would never recommend to anyone
Called up to get some advice for a custom trailer build we are needing struts for. When we asked for help choosing what pressure and size struts the person we spoke to said "I don't know how to work it out." When we suggested that there is a formula (which we had researched and was trying to do ourselves from online) we got the answer "I don't know". We thought as an owner/employee of a gas struts business you'd make sure you knew everything gas struts but we ended the phone call feeling like we knew more than them. Much bet... read more
