I went to Strut to learn about options for hair loss due to chemo. The staff is very welcoming. I experienced personal, consultative service, with different options so that I could find a solution that worked for me. Megan and Marisol were knowledgeable, professional, kind and empathetic. To have the women at Strut help me look and feel like myself again made a huge difference for me. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
Shop is clean, staff professional and Meghan was helpful and caring. She went out of her way to assist me.
They make you feel great about yourself and the way you look. The staff is so very helpful from the phone call to the appointment with Marisol. I have had a few bad experiences trying to get a solution for my thinning hair on top. I’ve tried extensions but they didn’t work for me and the salon didn’t take the time to work with my specific issues. I also had a topper from another salon but the color wasn’t right and you could tell it wasn’t natural looking. I was about to give up but made an appointment with Marisol and Wow what a difference.
