Great place to get in shape! 💪🏾
I started training with STRUT as I wanted to lose body fat, tone up and increase muscle mass. When I started my body fat was 31.8 and as of today I am at 22.7 and delighted with the results. I know that a regular gym is not for me, but STRUT creates an environment which they gently encourage and completely support me.
