Dr. Strunk was great! He was informative and patient with my daughter and the current situation she's facing. The front office staff, Marisol, was a different story. When leaving the appointment she informed there was an OOP amount, which was surprising. I informed her we were unable to pay anything today as we had no clue an OOP would be due. She seemed really upset about it then stated loudly for all in the waiting area to hear: "So you don't have ANY money at all? And she doesn't have ANY money at all either??".... Whatev... read more
Been a great Experience. I rarely sit more than 10 minutes past my appt time wow! I can actually schedule my work accordingly. With me he has been very thorough and has helped me for sure. Staff is very nice too.
As someone who works in the medical field I was very impressed with the Doctor and staff from scheduling my appointment to getting my test results. Staff very professional and the doctor very thorough. Would highly recommend. Saw Dr. Strunk a week ago.
Staff was friendly and Dr was ok, but not much of an examination to determine what may be the on going cause. Was a useless visit and expense with no answers. Guess will try an other Dr. He was not interested in trying to help and just went through the standard protocol of an office visit, even though I was referred for an on going issue I was having. I’m sure he was a good Dr in his time, however should retire if not interested in trying to help. Very disappointed and went a letter to insurance about not accepting his refer... read more
