We originally bought our canopy system from Shade Tree over 23 years ago. Installation went well and we were very satisfied with the quality and durability of the materials for 23 years. This spring we had to replace our 4 canopies. I was worried because Shade Tree no longer existed. They were bought by Structureworks. Samantha at Structureworks was amazing!! Our 7-year old shade structure was having challenges opening and closing. Although the 5-year warranty had expired, StructureWorks gave us the name of a local professional in our area (Bill Shaw at Elegant Outdoor Shade Design in San Diego) who came out on New Year's Eve diagnosed the problem as something that was simple for us to fix on our own a day or so later. And he refused to charge us anything! Great service and very good product.
