Looking to buy a home in Wilmington Delaware, This company did structural report on a property that I'm looking at. I reached out to simply ask a few questions & found the person who answered extremely rude & unprofessional. If this is how they do business I will not recommend them, first impression is everything!
Bjorn is the best very knowledgeable. Professional,on time. Did a great job helping me complete inspection for an addition. Would highly recommend and gladly use him on any other projects
When I applied the permit for a project I was requested stamped drawings from certified engineer. When I searched for the certified engineers. Some certified engineers/companies either ask for insane prices, or they aren't even going to do the job (just outsourcing to some other engineers and they charge a fixed fee).
