Structures built our new house that we occupied in 2023. The entire Structure’s team was professional, ethical and supportive. They have deep roots in the Charleston area with an excellent team of project managers, subcontractors and suppliers. We had a positive home building experience and highly recommend them.
We were very pleased with Steve, Chris and the team at Structures. As first time home builders, we needed a lot of support and guidance throughout our homebuilding process. We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Structures/Alair to build our home on Johns Island. We do not live in the area, and every step of the process was seamless. Everyone on their team that touched our project made it incredibly easy and enjoyable. It started out as building a house, and the Structures team delivered us a home.
Structures team made our move in renovation seamless. Mandy, Dave, and Travis were thorough, planned things meticulously, and met timelines and exceeded expectations. Our kitchen is beautiful and their team was very good with communication despite a time difference and a lot of other stresses in our life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
