We reached out to Jason at 2:15pm on a Friday and he was at my house an hour later to address numerous outlets all going out at the same time. He was very friendly. He came in, checked every individual outlet, identified multiple outlets that needed upgrades to GFCI, and internally melted outlets. He even fixed another convenience "issue" we had, unrelated to the original call. He stayed until everything was up and running and we were nothing less than happy.
