I live in a lease opt home. This company was hired to do the restoration work for a water leak. The communication was horrible. They showed up late most of the time. The owner Geoff.. came twice and that was to write the bid but his worker Israel came most of the time. I needed 5 rooms of laminate flooring. Israel did it by himself because his workers all had hangovers and couldn't come to work. He stayed all day. I call structure medic about a water damage problem in my home and Steven answered very informative and was able to send a truck quick to my home to help the process going . Everthing was was very easy and quick he work directly with my insurance company. Everything was dry in a few day and was to have my house back in less the 10days this included all the repair to home as well . I would recommend this company tk every one i will know. Thanks guy fornthe great job Awsome crew and staff .

Professional and knowledgeable! Stephen is hands on from start to finish and the work is impeccable. It was so nice to know that they make themselves available 24/7 in case of emergencies. These guys care about what they do and it shows.
