Ulises is great. Takes time with my sons and actually speak to them and jokes around with them unlike other places we have been. Cuts are always phenomenal. Great place for a haircut.
Had scheduled a 2pm - 3pm appointment, at 7 am, and it was confirmed! with Jafet, arrived 5 mins ealry. I didnt get a chair until 230pm, left at 300pm. Was charged for a haircut and beard trim, did not get a beard trim. Appointments exist for a reason. I am busy and had other appointments to attend to after 3pm. Purely unacceptable. My haircut was not worth the money, I asked for a fade and the barber to do what fit my head/face shape on top. My fade is uneven and the rest of my hair was never touched.
