Ben is a gifted healer. I came in in terrible pain and barely able to stand upright, but after working with him, I was able to stand straight and felt soreness instead of pain. Ben is very knowledgeable about movement and the human body. He provided an endless amount of movements and techniques to address issues. The approach was unique and more detailed than standard physical therapy or body work. I learned a lot about how my body works and moves.
