Aaron’s unique approach to stretching and massage is an incredible treatment for muscle pain and soreness. He really knows his stuff and is an insightful body worker. I highly recommend him to keep your body aligned, flexible, and strong.
Having had a massage from Aaron Wartena prior to his opening Structural Stretch that I really enjoyed, I had been looking forward to an equally good experience at Structural Stretch. However this was NOT to be so. After explaining to Aaron that I had bad knees and to be mindful of putting me twisty positions on his "one of a kind system" using ropes and pulleys, I was nonetheless put into positions on his suspension tables which torqued my knees while he proceeded to use a Thera-Gun on me.
