Structural Solutions has turned out to be a major disappointment as a service company. Their life time warranty service is a joke. It's proven to be for their life time and at their convenience. Over the last five months appointments have been made and missed 5 out of 7 times with no call back to reschedule. Even new work money appointments have been missed.
