I had a quote from AFS for 90k (78k not needed) worth of work that I did not need done, according to an engineering report I had prepared after the quote. While completing our entire first floor water damage tear out and repairs, the Structural Engineer found issues as a result of “short cuts” by our builder 30+ years ago.
