Alex and Pat did an incredible job replacing our bay windows and tying back the bay brickwork of our 1930s house. They helped us think through the best solution given other work planned for the exterior in the near future. They were always punctual, and careful and considerate about how the work affected the family’s use of the rest of the house while the work was in progress. Communication was also very good. Alex has just completed crack repairs to our garage wall. We were not expecting such a flawless finish: the old cracked garage pillars and walls look as good as new, and we have the reassuring knowledge that the Helifix bars will keep everything in place. We couldn't be more delighted. It is very unusual to find a qualified structural engineer who also excels at bricklaying and pointing: Alex is that man and we 100% recommend him

We had Alex and his team carry out underpinning to a section of our building. Impressed with the professionalism of the whole team. They were very knowledgeable and experienced. Explained everything as they worked, which was much needed as parts of the foundations were quite unstable. Left the site very clean after what is a messy job. Would certainly recommend Alex and his team
Very happy with replacement bay windows and window boards and extra structural support in roof. Finish was excellent.
