My lower back, psoas, and piriformis muscles feel great. Very little tension in all three areas this morning on my walk and have completely dissipated now 10 min after. Rachel is a miracle worker. Prove me wrong! I am 3 months away from hip replacement surgery and recently had a cortisone shot that seemed to work but for about a month prior to the shot I was limping. I’m sure I threw my musculoskeletal system all out of whack. For the past few days I was experiencing back spasms and the limp hadn’t gotten much better, but after a session with Rachel I am walking (soon to be dancing again) like my old self. I highly recommend Rachel - go and thank me later.

I just had my first session with Rachel, and wow, she’s beyond incredible! She took the time to understand where my pain was coming from and then provided targeted massage rather than running through a generic routine. The custom approach makes such a difference. Her knowledge of the body is top-notch, and you can tell she really cares about helping you feel better for the long-term. That was a great experience.
