I just had my first session with Rachel, and wow, she’s beyond incredible! She took the time to understand where my pain was coming from and then provided targeted massage rather than running through a generic routine. The custom approach makes such a difference. Her knowledge of the body is top-notch, and you can tell she really cares about helping you feel better for the long-term. That was a great experience.

Rachel was recommended to me after many failed attempts to find relief from my chronic lower back pain. I never thought that I could live without pain and Rachel has helped me to be free from chronic pain through continued therapy. I have been working with Rachel for more than a year. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis a year before starting treatment with Rachel. About 18 months ago I was dealing with consistent pain in my shoulder, neck, and arm. After trying a few places that gave me treatment and bogus info, I did a Google search and found Rachel. She was down to earth on the phone and sounded knowledgeable. After each of the first couple visits, I hurt a lot because of the deep tissue massaging.
