I’ve been a Structural Masonry Services customer for over 25 years. Charlie is knowledgeable, professional, honest, hard-working, and reliable. Whether I’ve needed excavation (new sewer line), waterproofing (basement waterproofing and downspout drainage to the street), or structural (surface crack repair) services they have been there to get the job done right. I had a cracked foundation / water leak and Charlie quickly identified the issue and installed an internal fix and resealed the exterior foundation. Excellent work. He also installed new drainage lines to get the roof runoff away from the house. Lastly he removed and replaced our front door steps which had sunken over the years. Again, Excellent work along with a very friendly / courteous personality.
Charlie has done great work for Hollywood Church of the Brethren. He's very professional and gets the job done right.
Charlie came out to my house on short notice to check out my foundation to ensure that it was looking OK. I had tie rods protruding from the concrete foundation and it looked bad to me. He assured me it was fine and no structural issues present. He explained everything very well backing this up. Was very thourough and knowledgeable and honest. I would certainly consider him for any repairs relating to concrete work.
Just can't say enough positive things about Charlie...he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable...we had a large company provide an estimate for our basement leak before Charlie's assessment...when he looked at things, he calmly explained that the prior proposal was simply overkill and the problem could be successfully resolved in a much more cost-efficient manner...we are very happy with what he did and thankful for his approach.
