Charlie consulted with me on a home purchase, and then performed the extensive work of excavating, waterproofing, and installing a drainage system for the basement. Charlie came out on a weekend and explained in detail why water was leaking into my basement. He was back on Tuesday to dig down to the top of footer, clean the wall off, seal around septic line, put water proofing membrane on the wall and fill back in and grade perfectly. I will be calling him every time and recommending him to everyone. Thank you Charlie

Charlie came out to our house and repaired a water leak coming from the foundation which was caused by the water filtration unit when filtering the unit and Culligan had the brackish water draining right next the house. With the salt water erosion against the concrete was the issue. Charlie fixed the wall and ever since, no issues. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable, on-time, professional and guanrantees his work.
