Charlie, owner of Structural Masonry Services, gave me complete confidence that he would look after our foundation leaking problem at Happy Endings on Princess Anne Street…once and for all. The level of competence and workmanship was of the highest caliber. I was impressed with how neat and thorough the workmanship was. Charlie and his crew did an outstanding job on fixing a leak in one of my foundation walls. They were in and out in what amounted to one day. Charlie looked at our problem, checked drainage outlets, and came up with two suggested relatively simple solutions both of which involved no work for him or his company. Totally honest and capable; lucky to find someone like him.

Existing issue from previous (less than to code) installation was revealed by leaking under (newly installed) laminate flooring in basement. Initial estimate came in at four times (4x) the final cost of Charlie's fix (Structural Masonry Services) and in involve trenching inside concrete, including laminate flooring) as well as sump pump replacement. Charlie identified that existing sump pump (besides non-functioning) had a drain pipe way to small to eject pumped water (existing pipe 3/4"... code 1 1/4" needed). No destructio... read more
