I sought out a structural engineer because of a problem. Not expecting good news but I wanted actionable information and a report to get quotes based on the work listed. Nice team..got an inspection on the renovation of a 1937 house load wall for beam requirements that week And questions answered on old framing practices. Maybe how to bring it up to code for the next hurricane Hugo. Can't wait for the report. Great people...worth the money and effort...
