Everything you could want with some extra customer service on top. Jon was very quick to communicate upon initial contact. He gave clear and concise responses through our receiving the report and asking a couple follow up questions so we understood our report. When a miscommunication happened regarding the scope of the report, Jon corrected it in a head spinning less than 24 hours. The report was extremely thorough. Kelly did the inspection.
