Everything you could want with some extra customer service on top. Jon was very quick to communicate upon initial contact. He gave clear and concise responses through our receiving the report and asking a couple follow up questions so we understood our report. When a miscommunication happened regarding the scope of the report, Jon corrected it in a head spinning less than 24 hours. The report was extremely thorough. Kelly did the inspection. Jon was amazing to work with, and I couldn’t recommend him enough! He was super helpful and thorough in inspecting and getting us a report/drawings for an almost 100 year old home. We were on a very tight timeline and they were still able to accommodate us. They also recommended reputable companies to do the work.
