I already have posted to the company directly days ago and explained it's OK to post across GOOGLE as long as it's printed in full to show why it received all 9's instead of 10's... so now I have to edit. This was posted based on a 9 rating because there was no room in a 35' long, too-narrow hallway for the rooms / cubicles to be accessed if 2 wheelchairs had to pass each other going in different directions.
