I cannot recommend Shari at Structural Health and Wellness highly enough. For three months, I suffered from what appeared to be a severely pinched nerve. The constant, gnawing pain behind my shoulder blade and the shooting pain radiating down my arm made daily life incredibly difficult. Through her specialized Structural Energy Therapy, she targeted the exact root of the issue. After only five sessions, the pain was completely eradicated. Shari is an exceptionally gifted healer and she truly gave me my quality of life back.

I can’t express enough how much working with Shari has helped me! I had been in a lot of pain for over a year and was finally diagnosed with a herniation and significant nerve compression in my L5/S1.
