I recently had a full knee replacement and Jen at Structural Energy really helped me prepare for surgery and has done an amazing job post surgery relieving the fascia tightness that I was experiencing in my legs, hips and abdomen. She’s very personable and professional. Highly recommend.

Jen is a gifted and attuned Rolfing practitioner. I've been working with her for the last year and have notable improvements in my mobility, posture, and flexibility. Jennifer is really a skilled body worker. I recently discovered Rolfing and it has felt so right for my body. She has such a calm, patient, but very competent presence. The room that she works in has beautiful light and is so quiet. Although this work isn't a traditional relaxing massage, it feels as if I am giving my body what it needs to change some of the unhealthy patterns that have settled into my muscles. Jennifer is one of the few in Minnesota who truly understands restoring energy and structure to a person. As someone who recently went through surgery, Jennifer’s approach helped heal me and put my body back on track. I highly recommend her!
