Jennifer is really a skilled body worker. I recently discovered Rolfing and it has felt so right for my body. She has such a calm, patient, but very competent presence. The room that she works in has beautiful light and is so quiet. Although this work isn't a traditional relaxing massage, it feels as if I am giving my body what it needs to change some of the unhealthy patterns that have settled into my muscles.
