Honestly incredible. Kevan and his wife are salt of the earth people and so accommodating. It’s clear Kevan is so passionate and extremely knowledgeable about what he does. I have just started going here to prep for a big physical event but I have no plans on leaving anytime soon. If you’re preparing for an event, healing from a recovery or just want to understand your body better… I can’t recommend this place enough!!
Staff is genuine and caring. Kevan has a great combination of knowledge and skill/talent. Anyone with injury or discomfort that does not wish to have their activity level limited should go here!
Structural Elements is amazing! They’ve helped me get back in shape and keep me feeling great. Michael introduced me to acupuncture and it’s been a game changer in so many ways. Kevan opened my eyes to the world of fascia and every time I leave, I feel awesome. The front desk staff and entire team are always welcoming and top notch. Highly recommend!
Connor is an excellent trainer. Working with him has significantly improved my strength and mobility. I cannot say enough how much he has helped me improve the quality of my daily life.
