I just recently attended my first fitness class at structural elements. I had high expectations as a long-time customer of the clinic, and Kat's pilates class did not disappoint. Kat is bubbly, encouraging, and offers many helpful corrections throughout class. Form is her number one priority. The movements were accessible and easy to replicate, but appropriately challenging. I drove 4.5 hours to seek the expertise of Doug Betram. His extensive expertise in the human body surpass any other I have known. My family and I will continue to make that trip in order to see the best. Thanks Doug for the care
On one hand I don’t want to write a review as David is already hard to get in with……but there’s a reason why…..cause he knows his stuff and gets you right. Plain and simple. Discomfort may vary but no pain, no gain. Staff is always smiling, sincere, welcoming, etc. which is rare these days. Do yourself and your body a favor and look nowhere else.
Doug was very patient and understanding with my different medical issues and my apprehension because of those issues. I would recommend him to anyone who would listen...and even those who don't.
A session with Doug is always wonderful: He helps me stay active, aligned and alert - ready to take life on. But today when I misread my calendar , he was. kind enough to work me in to his schedule. SE is more than a "business"; it is an ongoing relationship leading to a helathier and happier life.
