I found this Structural Elements while searching online for someone to help me with my back issues. The place and the people are great! When you walk in you are greeted with a smile from the front desk staff. I have gone several times and they have managed to get me better aligned and have exercises to get me where I need to be.
Kat is an amazing Pilates instructor! She is always smiling, encouraging and clearly loves helping others! She makes everyone feel comfortable. I highly recommend taking her class!
I am having a great experience with my private pilates classes with Kat! She is amazing.
