A session with Doug is always wonderful: He helps me stay active, aligned and alert - ready to take life on. But today when I misread my calendar , he was. kind enough to work me in to his schedule. SE is more than a "business"; it is an ongoing relationship leading to a helathier and happier life.
I’ve been going to Structural Elements for almost 10 years, and I cannot recommend them enough! The staff is truly the best—always kind, professional, and attentive. Whether I go for a specific issue or maintenance, I always leave feeling much better and they’ve helped me tremendously over the years. I also love their wellness modalities like cryotherapy and the sauna, which make a big difference in my recovery; and recently tried Pilates which was awesome! Highly recommend!
