Yin Yoga with Christa is always such a wonderful experience. It’s a slower form of yoga and is a great restorative practice to add to your fitness/recovery routine. Christa is knowledgeable and helps you relax and will guide you through poses as needed be to support your body during the practice. She is always happy, welcoming, and a wealth of yoga information across many different focuses.
Sophia is amazing! She is a great listener, and she is very sensitive to her clients' individual needs. I have C-PTSD and she has been very careful working out a treatment plan with me and pacing the work to a level that I can handle.
I have been looking for a place like this for YEARS. I've been dealing with muscular imbalances my whole life, leading to small muscular injuries often. I have been working with Chuck for the SE treatment to get me aligned and more recently with Kat doing 1:1 Pilates to really target the root cause of my issues. I am finally seeing real progress and turning on muscles I never have before. Everyone I meet there is so warm and inviting and GREAT at what they do. Thank you SE!
