I worked for this company for four years and laid off at least once a year. Chris the vp is full of it. This co-worker and I ended up working in the water for a year at least illegally with no training when the family of the owner and vp were the ones certified. What good is experience in the water with no certificate. Oh well I learned a few things about the work and dealing with people.
